We are pretty sure this is a Coyamito Agate. It has light pink and yellowish coloring, but Sagenite formations as well (sagenite formations are needle-like mineral growths, often in a fan-type shape). It is roughly 2 1/8x 1 7/8 and mostly 15-24 mm thick. It weighs 77 grams, or 2.7 ounces. The pocket itself does not have crystals, but is just matrix. A nice candidate for polishing as a specimen, but would also make one, maybe more, neat cabochons.

[Closer shot (opposite angle)] [A little closer] [Other side] [Closer shot] [Even closer] [One side dry] [Other side dry]We believe this is another slice of a Sonoran Red Hot Thunderegg. It has a nice area of fortification, and even a little parallax (a 3d-kind-of affect, or shaddow affect) on one side! (Note that there is a fracture right on that edge.) It is a little less than 3" x 2 3/4" and 3-4 mm thick. It weighs 37 grams, or 1.3 ounces.

[Closer shot] [Other side] [On lighter background] [Closer shot] [Even closer] [One side dry] [Other side dry]We are pretty sure this is a slice of a Sonoran Red Hot Thunderegg. A beautiful area of fortification in this piece, kind of a misty blue, with red outlines, and a neat shape! It has a template drawn on one side, but that should polish off. It is roughly 3" x 3" and 4 mm thick. It weighs 43 grams, or 1.5 ounces.

[Other side] [Close-up] [Another close-up] [Another close-up] [A closer shot] [Another close-up] [Another close-up] [One side dry] [Other side dry]This is another old stock slice of Mexican Crazy Lace Agate. It is 3 3/8" x 3" at its wider points, and 6 mm thick. It weighs 92 grams, or 3.2 ounces. There are a number of templates drawn on it, all should polish off if not used. It feels like a nice solid slab, though may have a possible fracture or two.

This is a really nice, old stock slice of Mexican Crazy Lace Agate. The patterns are wonderful! Look at the larger, complete area of fortified agate, as in the main photo, you can see a solid white half orb-like in the center of it, then flip it over and that little white coloring looks like it might be water lines(?)! Then also notice across from that orb area, is a small area of a charcoal/white fortification running the opposite direction, and it seems to sink down into the pinkish "clouds" ... really neat! I'm only just starting to gain an inkling of understanding of how some of the rocks were formed ... to me, this one shows nice evidence of some of the violent changes that went on during the formation of this piece! I think its a wonderful specimen! It is 3 3/4" x 3" at its wider points, and 5-6 mm thick. It weighs 3.3 ounces, or 93 grams. It looks like a nice solid slab, with just a few small pits, and while I don't think it has any fractures, there are a couple of faint lines that could be small fractures. But plenty of opportunities for some awesome cabs, or as I think, even better as a specimen, whether polished or unpolished as it is. (No clue what the 72 means on the second side, but it should polish off.)

[Other side] [Close-up] [Another close-up] [Another close-up] [Photogaphed dry and with size comparison] [Other side dry]This is a very neat slab of Rosetta Stone. We have seen this material referred to as Mexican Crazy Lace Jasper, Agate, as well as Dolamite with Quartz. But it's beautiful material and cuts nice cabs. This thick slab has some great patterns! There are a number of fractures. Some of them look to be filled possibly with quartz, and it looks like it has had some kind of stabilizer added as well, like possibly Opticon? But plenty of room for a number of stunning cabs. It is roughly 4 5/8x 3 and mostly 19 mm thick, probably can be slabbed at least into two. It weighs 1 pound, or 465 grams.
